Shipping Accuracy Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as returns and resending of items will be at the customer’s expense.
Order Processing Time Please note that it may take 2-3 days to process orders, before shipment. Additional time may be needed to bake out of stock items.
Expedited Shipments Choosing expedited shipping will prioritize your shipment with our shipping partners. Please note that Order Process Time, as noted above, still applies.
No weekend deliveries available. Orders are shipped 2 or 3 Day Air or Ground, depending on your location.
No P.O. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO.
Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 1pm ET the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.
International Orders CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES
Suki Bakery Ltd does not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and products fees will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
Currency is shown in the bottom of the Footer. Transactions will be processed in the shipping country's currency currently shown.
We use almonds, peanuts and other nuts in some of our products. Although we do not include nuts in every recipe, there is a possibility that any of our products could contain trace amounts of nut oils. We ask that individuals with nut allergies refrain from eating our products.
