Lowrey原味黄油曲奇礼盒｜新西兰手工制作

Store owner replied: Hi Ding, Thank you so much for your 5-star review and for trying all four flavours. We’re really happy you enjoyed them! Sorry to hear the Black Sesame tin had fewer pieces and some breakage. Our cookies are handmade and packed by net weight, not by piece count, so the number of cookies can vary slightly between tins even though the weight is consistent. Also, the Black Sesame flavour contains 10% black sesame seeds, making it more delicate and easier to break during shipping. Thank you again for your kind support, and we truly appreciate your feedback.

Store owner replied: Hi Ding, Thank you so much for your lovely review. 😊 It makes us really happy to know this is your second time ordering from us. Plain is such a classic flavour, and we completely understand why it’s your favourite. The butter aroma is simple, rich, and comforting. We’re also glad you could enjoy a little discount with the 4-tin value pack. Thank you again for coming back and supporting Lowrey. We really appreciate it. Warm regards, Lowrey Team

Store owner replied: Thank you so much, Janet! We hope the cookies brought a little piece of New Zealand home with you. ❤️

Store owner replied: Thank you so much, Tong, for your lovely review! 💛 We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the plain flavour — there’s something timeless and comforting about its rich, buttery crunch. And yes, it really does pair beautifully with a cup of coffee! ☕🍪 Hope you’ll get a chance to try the other flavours too — we’d love to hear what you think! 😊 — The Lowrey Team

Store owner replied: Hi Connie, after reviewing the photo you provided, we can see that the tin is almost empty and there are about 10 cookies left in the tin, all of which appear to be intact. While there are some crumbs in the center, there are no visible crumbles on the left side of the tin. Given this, we had kindly requested a clear photo of the cookies upon opening the lid, before any were removed, to better assess their condition at the time of arrival. This helps us determine if there was indeed excessive damage beyond the expected natural crumbling due to the delicate nature of our cookies. Our Black Sesame Butter Cookies are crafted with 42-44% premium New Zealand butter and 10% black sesame seeds, giving them a rich, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Unlike mass-produced cookies with stabilizers, they are naturally delicate, which may lead to some crumbling during transit despite our careful packaging. We never intended to add to your frustration. Our request for additional photos was simply to ensure we had a full picture of the situation so we could assist appropriately. We regret if this came across as an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Store owner replied: Hi Lei, Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed the taste of our Matcha Butter Cookies. 😊 We understand that receiving cookies in perfect condition is important, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Due to the high butter content (42%), our cookies are naturally delicate, giving them that signature melt-in-your-mouth texture. While we take great care in packaging, occasional breakage can happen during shipping despite our best efforts. That said, we always want our customers to have the best experience! If you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to us—we’d love to make it right for you. 💛 Thank you again for trying our cookies, and we hope to bring you more delicious moments in the future!

Store owner replied: Hi Shu, Thank you for your kind review and for being a returning customer! We're so glad you enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture of our butter cookies. Your thoughtful feedback means a lot to us. We understand your wish to have a box with all 4 flavours to share and gift—it's a wonderful idea! However, we want to ensure each cookie arrives in perfect condition. With 42% New Zealand cultured butter in every cookie, their rich, buttery nature makes them delicate and prone to crumbling during transport. Mixing different flavours in one tin can sometimes result in crumbs transferring between cookies, affecting their appearance and overall presentation. By keeping each tin to a single flavour, we aim to deliver the freshest, most beautiful cookies for you and those you care about. Thank you again for your support and for sharing your thoughts—it truly helps us improve!
